Payment Terms & Methods

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. The due date for payment is 10 business days prior to the course start date. If Invoiced within this timeframe, payment is due now. If your organisation can provide a Purchase Order, we are able to extend the due date of the payment as per you PO terms.

We accept the following methods of payment: credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express – noting an additional merchant fee is applicable for credit card payments) and electronic bank transfers. For any issues regarding payment, please contact our customer service team.

Fees & Pricing

Fees for our services/products and inclusions are outlined on our website or as per the agreement made at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, but such changes will not affect existing bookings or agreements.

Training Vouchers

Vouchers are available to pre-purchase for use for either pre-nominated courses or else a dollar value. Examples include:

      • 10 x ISO 27001 Lead Implementer Course & Exam Vouchers
        (valid for use on nominated courses only) or

      • Voucher credit value of $30,000 + GST (for use on any course scheduled).

    The voucher must be presented at the time of course booking. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the voucher is not utilised by the end of the validity period it will lapse. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers are not refundable.

    Credit Notes

    Credit notes are issued at our discretion and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They can be used towards future services/products but are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. If the credit note is not utilised by the end of the validity period it will lapse.

    Cancellations & Transfers

    Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 business days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations or course transfers made within the 10 business day period of the scheduled course start date will incur an admin fee of $300 + GST. Participants may transfer to an alternative date a maximum of two times. Replacement/alternative participants on a course booking are accepted at any time at no additional fee.

    Emergency Transfers

    Should a participant not be able to attend their course due to an emergency or illness – simply provide a medical certificate, and any admin fees to transfer to a later course date will be waivered.

    No Shows

    In the event of a no-show, where the customer fails to attend the scheduled course or exam without prior notice – this would be classified as a “No Show”. No transfer, credit note or refund will be issued to those marked as “No Shows” and the full course fee will be forfeited.

    *For exam bookings with 3rd party providers – please refer to the specific exam Terms & Conditions with the exam provider.

     

     

    Travel Arrangements

    If you plan to travel to the course from interstate or overseas and are making advance travel and accommodation arrangements – we recommend waiting to book until the course is officially confirmed 2 weeks prior to the course start date. If you still wish to book in advance of course confirmation, please ensure all such arrangements are flexible. Vital Learning Edge accept no responsibility for any arrangements made prior to final confirmation.

    Warranty

    Vital Learning Edge guarantee satisfaction – as such, we offer a full credit or refund policy. If the course is not meeting it’s advertised deliverables simply advise the course admin team or your instructor before the end of the first day of the course. Please return all course materials provided and we will provide either a credit towards an alternative course or a full refund* based on your preferences.

    *Less any cost associated with materials unable to be returned.

     

     

    Promotions & Special Offers

    Any promotions or discount codes must be utilised at the time of booking. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be outlined at the time of the offer. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter promotional offers at any time.

    If you have any complaints regarding our training or service, please contact us. We are committed to addressing and resolving complaints in a timely manner. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our services.

    Disclaimer

    At the time of posting, all information regarding course schedules, trainers, fees, and content is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We prioritise delivering courses as advertised. However, Vital Learning Edge reserves the right to modify course dates, trainers, terms and conditions, or to cancel courses if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified of any changes before the course begins and will have the option to cancel without penalty if they choose to do so.

    By providing us with your email address you agree to receive communications from us regarding your course enquiry or booking, promotions, updates, and news.

    2. Offer Period

    3. Eligibility

    4. Course Selection

    • The free course must be of equal or lesser value than the first full-priced course booked. 
    • Course bookings are subject to availability and standard minimum participant numbers.

    5. Exclusions

    • Optional exam add-ons and self-paced training options are excluded from this promotion.
    • This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special pricing arrangements.

    6. Referral Bonus Offer Terms

    • Refer 1 friend who purchases a Vital Lead Membership + 1 Full priced course and receive 50% off your membership fee (refund or credited back).
    • Refer 2 more friends who purchase a Vital Lead Membership + 1 Full Priced course and receive 100% off (free) membership (refund or credited back).
    • Referral credits/refunds are only applied once referred memberships are fully paid and they referred members have attended their 1st course.

    7. General

    • Vital Learning Edge reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
    • All course bookings are subject to Vital Learning Edge’s standard Terms and Conditions of enrolment, including cancellation and transfer policies.
    • Offer is non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be provided.
