Who are your trainers?
At Vital Learning Edge we only use the best of best trainers. You can view our trainer profiles on our “Meet Our Trainers” page.
Where are your training venues?
To ensure we keep overheads low to pass on best value for you, we do not have any of our own training venues. Instead, we utilise training or hotel facilities in the CBD which can accommodate the learning environment required at the time we require it.
How do I get in touch with Vital Learning Edge?
You can simply click the contact button at the top of the page and submit an enquiry form, or else you may email us at train@vitallearningedge.com.
Our customer service team is Australia based and we endeavor to respond to any enquiry within the same or next business day.

What are my payment options?
Vital Learning Edge accept payment by Credit Card or Electronic Bank Transfer. At the time of booking, you can either pay by credit card at the time, or select the “pay by invoice” option at check out and we will provide you with an invoice with banking details.
What if I need to use a Purchase Order process?
No worries! We will accept purchase orders.
If Vital Learning Edge is set up as an existing vendor, or we need to be set up – no problem at all we can certainly look after this for you.
I need to set Vital Learning Edge up as a vendor, how do I start this process?
Simply send your vendor forms to train@vitallearningedge.com and we will complete and return any vendor forms for you.
