Exam Information

The ITIL 4 Foundation Exam in included in the course price listed. At the end of the course, participants will be provided with an exam voucher to sit the exam online at a date and time of their choice after course completion. The Exam voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue. The exam is web-proctored via the examination institute PeopleCert and are available 24/7.

No – there are no pre-requisites to attend the ITIL 4 Foundation course. However this certification does act as a requirement for the more advanced ITIL pathway modules.
